We collect information only when it is needed to provide, secure, improve, or support RankHive. This may include account details, workspace and team information, connected website details, support messages, usage and error data, and billing-related records.
When you connect a website or integration, RankHive may process SEO and site data such as Search Console or analytics-style performance data, WordPress content and metadata, page status, keywords, technical SEO signals, change history, and related information needed to analyze and improve your site.

RankHive relies on trusted service providers to operate the product. These may include providers for hosting and infrastructure, authentication, database and storage, payments, error monitoring, AI processing, SEO and search data, and connected WordPress or website integrations.
These providers are used only as needed to deliver RankHive and are expected to handle data under their own security, privacy, and compliance obligations. RankHive does not sell your personal information.
Payments and subscription billing are handled by a payment processor. RankHive does not directly store your full payment card details on our servers.
RankHive may use AI processing and SEO data services to analyze connected site data, summarize issues, generate recommendations, draft proposed changes, and support review workflows. We process this data to provide the service you requested and to improve the reliability and usefulness of RankHive.
RankHive’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain terms: when you connect Google Search Console, RankHive asks Google only for read-only access to Search Console. It reads the list of your Search Console properties and, for the site you choose, search performance data (clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, by page and by search query). We use it only to show you reports and to find, write and track SEO changes for your own site. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models, and nobody at RankHive reads it unless you ask us to (for example in a support request), it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
When RankHive writes a suggestion with AI, such as a new page title, we send our AI provider only what that suggestion needs: the page address, its current title and its top search queries.
Connecting Google to RankHive. To keep your reports and suggestions up to date, RankHive keeps ongoing read-only access. The Google tokens are stored encrypted. You can remove RankHive’s access at any time from your Google Account’s list of third-party connections, or ask us at support@rankhive.app to delete the connection.
The free Search Console report. The free report asks Google for one-time, read-only access: Google issues no refresh token, and the access token expires within an hour. RankHive uses it once, to build your report, and does not keep it. If your Google account has several Search Console properties, the token is kept encrypted while you choose one and deleted within an hour. You can remove RankHive’s access at any time in your Google Account’s third-party access settings. The report itself (the pages missing clicks, their top queries, the totals and three suggested titles) is deleted 30 days after it is built, together with any share link you created for it. A share link shows the problem pages and their numbers, never your search queries or the suggested titles.
We protect stored data using commercially reasonable safeguards designed to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide RankHive, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.
Our website may contain links to external sites that are not operated by RankHive. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of those external sites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of RankHive after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
